no, provided that the license is yours in the first place, not second hand,
and that it is premium, you can in most cases move your license from your
old phone to your new phone for £50.
some exceptions to this are when the original license is very old, say
version 1 or 2 etc, and certainly when the original license was not yours,
as Talks licenses are none transferable from one owner to the next.
