Hi Matthew, 1. So far, no speech program on a pc can operate OVI Suite or Nokia Map Loader. 2. Nokia PC Suite will not help in downloading maps. So, in both points above, you need to get sighted help in downloading maps, no other choices. If the sighted person is not computer literate, use Nokia Map Loader, easier compared with OVI Suite. I struggled with this earlier as well. Believe me, get a child who knows how to read and click the mouse and you can download it with no problem.
