rename the disks.

Can't you just do this with file Manager on your phone? I'm
not sure how 
it works on your phone, but on my phone, I can bring up File
Manager, 
open up my Memory Card and then go into Options with soft
key #1. I then 
have a submenu called Memory Card Options, and the first
choice in that 
submenu is Rename.

I'm not sure if you can do this from your PC while your
phone is 
attached, but I'd say give it a try. You may have to use the
Mass 
Storage option when you connect.
