It's the US eloquence that's the crackle for me, unfortunately Elloner we
might need to wait for the next update of eloquence before its fixxed

Unfortunate I agree Jim.  On my E72 this remains the case though installing 
the US Elloquence it does not occur.  Regretably I now find it a little on 
the C5 also.  Was wondering myself if this has something to do with quality 
of speaker on the phone.
