Hi All C5 Users,

you must use the latest VCM voices.  I have friends using VCM Karen and must 
be version 5.2.2.  It works wonderfully with no crashes.  You cannot use 
Eloquence in this phone, even V1.23 doesn't help.  Hope talks will fix this 
issue.
