Hi Nicky Do the following to have messages read: 1. press the talks key then release it and hold the softkey1 for a while to let it load the talks options.
2. Press right arrow twice to get to the "automation" tab. 3. Press down arrow twice and you should hear "new messages don't read" 4. press enter and it changes to "new messages read" 5. press softkey2 to exit the options. I hope this will work for you.
