Good afternoon Mel, Unfortunately, Skype for Symbian does not support video calling features. Video calling used to be possible using an application called Fring http://www.fring.com however, video support disappeared after Skype ended their partnership with Fring. I too am looking for a video calling application as I really like my Symbian devices, however I don't see one coming out any time soon as Symbian development appears to be lagging these days.
