If you look at a lot of phones you will find it doesn't list a GPS receiver
but states it has a AGPS. But when you get the phone more then likely you
will find a GPS option in the settings of the phone to turn on and off. This
to me means it has a receiver. As far as that goes, I have two phones where
the net says it has AGPS and doesn't say it has a GPS receiver. But the two
phones that I have like this both have a GPS receiver. I'm not saying the
receiver is a good one, I'm just saying it will have one.

As far as I look in the manual, it does not have any GPS receiver.
I look in a couple of website, it also did say something about it not
having one.

Free navigation only include certain model, and this 6700 slide is not
included.
This is the last time I check anyway. I believe it uses AGPS and from
what I
understand, it does not have GPS receiver.

you can just hit the answer or call button when the phone ring. you can
do
quite a few things with it without pulling out the keypad or slide the
keypad out.
You just can't type things with it with the keypad.
its quite ok for that kind of phone and pricing. The only thing I
dislike
is
it does not comes with free navigation..
I have 6210 navigator, basically, the layout is almost similar, only it
does
not have the GPS button and 6700 slide is much smaller.
another thing is, the cover or rhe plastic which cover the USB
connection
and memory card which I dislike. I prefer a plastic clip than the pull
out
type.
the battery life is ok for that phone as well.
