Yes the pc ones don't connect while the mobile versions partially connect.
when you first launch it a list of contacts are displayed then after a
minute they drop off. A friend of mine who works for skype tells me an
update did the damage. you think they would implement such an update after
Christmas. Unfortunate but this will damage them. I tried about 15
minutes ago and it's still down.

I don't know if this is world wide but here in Australia skype is down. A
friend of mine tells me they applied a major update that went badly wrong.
I thought I would mention this in case anyone thought there was something
wrong with the version they have on their phone. My brother tried to
skype me and he discovered his skype on both phone and pc is not working
neither are mine.
