screen? Did you get any asending tone?

The N86 is different. The first time you use this on the N86 you must do
the following.
1. First mute Talks, press and release the Talks key and then press
Clear.
2. Now press and hold SoftKey2 for about 2 seconds and release it.
3. Now do a Talks up arrow to read the line on the screen.
4. You will need to answer YES or NO to the question, SoftKey1 is for YES
and SoftKey2 is NO.
5. Press SoftKey1.
6. Now you should hear your phone give the asending tone.
7. Speek the command.
8. Remember to do another Talks followed by Clear to unmute Talks.
Like I said, you only need to do the above 1 time to enable the voice
command function on the N86. After this, it will continue working. For
what ever reason, you never get the question about enabling the voice
command function if Talks isn't muted to start with for the very first
time. You will never get the question again after that if you answer YES
unless you format your phone. This may be the case on some other phones
too. So if you do not get the asending tone, try the above.
