There are some folder that the phone creat on it's own on the different drives. 
These can not be removed. If you remove them the phone will put them back as 
you found. You can empty them out and at that point, they aren't using space so 
don't worry about them if they are empty.

IF it is a folder that is built into the phone firmware then you can not 
delete it. There are some folders that applications create such as y browser 
that may be deleted. Also if you create a folder tehn you can also delete 
it. If there are things you do not want then create a folder and call it 
something like unused and move all the things that you do not want into that 
folder.
