There are some folder that the phone creat on it's own on the different drives. These can not be removed. If you remove them the phone will put them back as you found. You can empty them out and at that point, they aren't using space so don't worry about them if they are empty.

There are some folders that applications create such as y browser that may be deleted. Also if you create a folder tehn you can also delete it.
