Steve no that won't work as the phone or it's operating system will not
allow you to open or copy some folders and their contents on the card.
This is why Stephen advised you on a card reader.

Thanks Steve, I didhn't realise that you could do that.
I guess I could cable the phone to the PC and copy everything from the old
card then inser the new memory card and copy it back this way as well?

Steve
You can save yourself issues if you just turn off your phone, put the 8GB
card in a card reader and copy all of the stuff on the card over to your
computer. Then remove the 8GB card from the card reader and put the
16/32GB
card in the card reader and then copy everything over from your computer
to
the new card. Then put it back in the N95 and then turn it on.

Subject: [Talks] Nokia N95 And Talks Installation
Hi friends,
I wonder if someone can help me please?
I have a Nokia N95 and I have upgraded to the latest version 5 of Talks
but foolishly, I installed Talks to the memory card instead of the phone
memory. I now want to upgrade the memory card from an 8gb to 16gb card
so
I can copy more music on to it but this is going to mean that when I take
out the memory card, Talks won't be on the phone any more.
Can I copy the latest Talks to the phone for now and re-install it on to
the phone memory instead of the memory card easily or do I have to
uninstall Talks from the phone completely first?
