The windows address book will work if you have that option. Also I would
just try the Outlook option and go from there.

Personally I do not use the Sinc option. I jsut went into the address book
and saved the entried as VCF files and copied them to the E:\Others\Contacts
directory on the phone. Then I told the phone to load the contacts from the
memory card.
