Hi Steve, Through my experience, when you have a higher speed card, accessing the card is much faster. Example, when you searching and creating library. Even when accessing messages if stored in memory card.
If you use a big capacity card such as 8gb and just Class2 or so call speed 2, you will experience much more hanging and slow respond on things you access from the memory card via phone. The above is through my own personal experience on 2 cards with same phone, same capacity 8gb but different class. Regards, KITT. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Stephen Giggar" <sgig...@gmail.com> To: "Talks Mailing List" <talks@talksusers.com> Sent: Thursday, October 21, 2010 9:32 AM Subject: Re: [Talks] e66 and memory cards Yes you can use a Micro SDHC card in the phone. It doesn't matter if you get a higher speed class being Nokia uses slow data transfer to/from the memory card. So what I'm saying is a higher speed card isn't going to gain you anything on the phone but will on the PC if you use a memory card reader. As much as another person said to buy the higher speed card. If you aren't using a memory card reader to transfer data, then don't waist your money being you will not get any use out of the higher speed. Signed: Stephen Giggar Skype: dr-phone.
