I have tried what you said Bernard and indeed I did get more folders but when I pressed select on this, nothing happened. Do not know therefore where the e-mail Outbox is!

open the email app and move the arrow keys till you hear talks say inbox then press the select key then you may have to move round again but normally you don't talks should say other folders press select on that and you will be able to see your in box out box sent items trash and what ever else is there. If it's and immap account you will see quite a few but with a pop account you only see a couple. Your outbox actually lives in the email app itself. the n86 had the same arrangement. the outbox you see in messaging is only used for text messages. did you know with these new phone with text message in settings you can turn on delivery report so when your message is delivered the phone will beep talks will say the message has been delivered and you will find a report in the reports folder. It seems to work well here one of my friends is incontestable at present and when I send a text message it's never reported as being delivered but when I send them to people who's phone's are on I get the delivery report. Open messaging and arrow down to inbox but don't open it. press softkey1 and arrow up to settings as it's near the bottom of the menu press select then if it's not the first choice arrow down to text message and press select then arrow down till you hear
delivery report no
just press select and now it's yes.
now press softkey2 3 or 4 times
NOw when you send a text message you will know if it's delivered. if the person you are sending to is not on the same carrier network it might not work some times but so far It's worked every time for me. Then if someone says you did not send a text message you just go to messaging then open the reports folder and you will find reports for every message successfully delivered. if talks does not say delivered a few seconds after you send the message you can assume the person did not get it and there will be no delivery report in your reports folder. Ok this works on my e72 I am fairly certain the n86 had this feature but I would not put money on that. I like the delivery report setting a lot it's good to know if your message is delivered or not.

I don't know where the e-mail outbox is, I only have one outbox and that is where the e-mails have gone before on other phones waiting to go out. I cannot find them on my e72 so if anyone can help please do.

Hi
I wrote an e-mail and sent it, or at least I thought I did. The phone reverted back to the home screen. I went to Sent Messages and Outbox as I did not think it could have gone so quickly. Sure enough nothing there. I went to Drafts, nothing there either. Yet if I press the Talks key and soft key 2 Talks will say documents in Outbox so help please where are my e-mails that I want to send?

Eleanor
