The Saguenay River, a tributary of the Saint-Lawrence Estuary and a major river with salty water and tidal is an example where some contributors might have difficulty to understand that such rivers correspond to the definition of "sea" and should be tagged with natural=coastline. This Fjord more then 100 km long is the southernmost on the planet and connects to a large Estuary. The Saint-Lawrence is 25 km wide at the junction of the Saguenay. The monitoring problem is not only technical with broken multipolygons and floating continents but also when people decide to remove parts already defined as coastlines not understanding this definition and without consensus with the community. Pierre
