Frederik's guide recommends that users do not run the auto-configuration wizard. I feel like they should, because it allows them to easily choose a proper canvas size and 30 FPS for their screencasts. 60 FPS is a waste for displaying a presentation and a webcam, especially as most webcams built into laptops do not exceed 30 FPS.
