Hi Stuart, congratulations for the interesting project. Do you think "water houses" could also be inserted? They are distributors where with a very low price (like 5 cents per liter) you can supply smooth or carbonated water. Even if they are not visible on the main render, these are some examples of mapping on OSM: http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/PXg.
