They pointed to a summary of the CC-BY 2.5 license written in Italian. AFAIK this doesn't mean anything. The original English CC-BY 2.5 written in English still applies. The first line also states: "Questo è un riassunto in linguaggio accessibile a tutti (e non un sostituto) della licenza.", Engish: "This is a human-readable summary of (and not a substitute for) the license." Therefore I believe the data are licensed under CC-BY 2.5. Metropolitana Milanese is the data owner.
