+1 for the revert I'm also not a proper sicilian mapper but I map in many areas in Siciliy. I don't know if he deleted some duplicate relation but it's not the way osm community work (sure not the italian). In addition he has removed many ways where the addr:street was replaced with the relation type=street membership. this action potentially broke the routing in many software engine. for example take a look to this relation history[1] and his node member[2] where this mapping style [3] was utilised. Removing the relation without add an addr:street tag to the node broke the navigation and inhibit the correction with semi-automatic tools that need to know the street name, from the relation, to add the correct value to addr:street and THEN remove the relation (or only the node membership). He has not done this type of correction before removing the relation(I don't see it) so his action is definitely, formally and substantially wrong imho.
