You seems to be an experienced OSM contributor. But your tendency to convert simple polygons (building, landuse) to multipolygons relations is unusual. It is not incorrect but it is making unnecessary hard life for other contributors, especially newcomers who will not understand your modeling on a simple editor like P2 or iD. We would appreciate if you could restrain contributions like this in general, or if you want to continue, not in France.
