La trace appartient à son auteur et rien n'indique qu'il a donné son autorisation (en plus la trace est simplifiée à l'extrême). C'est toujours pareil, certains pensent que dès que des fichiers sont téléchargeables, on peut ensuite les redistribuer comme on veut.
