Merci Emilie pour cette traduction. Il me semble que l'aspect "libre" est essentiel dans la constitution d'une association OSM. Si j'avais à donner mon avis, je militerais pour que seules les associations au caractère libre clairement marqué (peu importe geo ou pas) puissent se prétendre local chapter OSM.
