which is much better than my english ! As Fabien just mentionned, we
provide a plugin in JOSM called cadastre-fr which is able to handle
raster cadastre images since 2-3 weeks. Download the last josm-tested
version and install the plugin, then call JOSM with the option
extending java vm memory (-Xmx1024m), change the current projection to
"Lambert Zone France" and download some OSM data from the server
centered to your villages to allow JOSM to know which Lambert Zone you
are working on. Finally, call the cadastre menu entry "Georeference an
image" and follow the procedure.

Don't forget that we have some naming conventions for streets and road
refs in France.
