How should we tag railway station help points, such as those shown at https://www.orr.gov.uk/reliability-help-points-stations/introduction ? They seem to be telephones that dial a preset number, but I'm not sure that amenity=telephone is really a good description of them. And I don't think they really match emergency=phone, because they have an "information" button as well as an "emergency" one. They could be railway=telephone, but I don't think they're similar enough to that to use the same tag.
