This is mostly a redirect to the forum thread[1] and wiki talk topic[2] I made some time ago but nonetheless, these are some questionable tag values, given that they're an amalgamation between the existence of infrastructure (busway/cycleway=yes/lane/w/e) and access (bus/bicycle=designated).
