I am in the process of reviving the `addr:milestone=*` tag proposal <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposal:Addr:milestone>, which I have already updated and changed it's status to `voting’, as this is a very much needed tag to seek for the rural addresses around the world, specially in Latam countries.
