Turns out that yes we do (Of course! :-)): leisure=garden + garden:type=green_wall, used 22 times, but also another 38 "facade_garden", which may be the same thing? However https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:garden:type says that it can't be used for ways though? It would probably make sense to change this so it can be used as a way as well?
