When I saw "cartpath" in the subject, my first thought was NOT golf carts.
My first thought was of a two-wheeled vehicle pulled by one or two
horses. Around here there are competitions for those types of cart,
run on dedicated gallops. For all I know, somewhere there are paths
dedicated to them.

"cartpath" is too general. And should be hyphenated or underscored,
anyway.

And maybe it would be better handled as an access value.
