I fully agree with this tagging scheme, although it should be 'stay'
instead of 'maxstay'. We're refering to the actual length of the stay
here, not to a limit. It's the same as with e.g.
maxspeed:conditional = 50 @ weight > 3.5
Here we use 'weight' here, not 'maxweight'.
