I'm guessing the intended page is https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Takeaway_drink_shops ? I find the naming of the page kind of confusing if it suggests to add the tag shop=bubble_tea. Under "takeway drink shops" I'd expect to also see smoothie places, cold-pressed juice stands, and the like.
