I'd love to see this changed on the wiki. 

Keeping name=* as unwanted mistagging is a very good idea.

I'd use name=* on rails only if rails actually have a name.

According to this discussion, may I remove the line=* railway chapter on wiki?
Is it actually used in this way? If used then it should be kept and documented as
common and unwanted mistagging
