1) The 'proposal' page should be the proposal .. not a string of
'discussions'. Any discussions there should really be on the discussion
page behind the proposal or on the tagging list. There is no requirement
to copy then back and forth between the two.
2) the messages on the tagging list should be 'threaded' .. do not
create a new thread (usually by 'writing' a new email) but 'threaded'
(use the 'reply' on your email thing).
What is your proposal??? There is nothing to say what it is.
