It is a machine that is a slot machine crossed with a pinball machine. It is a
luck-based machine.

A Pachinko parlor (often Pachinko&slot, as both machines are present) is a
building with several rows of these machines, with stools for sitting and loud
obnoxious music blaring. There are many different types and themes of machines
(think video arcade machines), but the "currency" is the steel balls used in
play. You win them and trade them for prizes or something of value.

Only recently (AFAIK) Has Japan approved something like a Las Vegas casino to
be built. But large chain parlors cover the countryside, covered with lights.
They are often the brightest thing in the countryside at night. They are as
common as DIY shops or strip malls. Within 2km of my house, there are 2 and 2
more dead ones. They are inside malls and along rural roads.

"adult gaming center" seems appropriate -there are no card or table games, like
a casino, nor sports betting. Using gambling=* to define the game types
available sounds good - but both of these things needs to be properly
documented in the wiki.
