Pure fun. Closest I've ever done was a floating restaurant [1], which had been there for 6 months when I mapped and is there ever since, but could be gone tomorrow. Also, where I live, there are many weekly public markets licensed by the prefecture. The main one is a major meeting point for the locals [2]. The only thing you find there during weekdays are the signs stating the name, time and location of the event. caravan=* is related to access rights [3].
