How do you propose visitors of the mailing list address responses like this, Andy? I'm not being sassy: I honestly want to know.
Should it be ignored, becoming implicitly acceptable to the community? Should it be called out, creating a long-running petty thread? I've tried both. Maybe there's a third option?
