But in Australia at least, this page https://www.inneractions.com.au/res_whatsthedifference.php says "A psychologist is a g up & university trained health professional ...Psychology is regulated by the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency" , while "A psychotherapist usually has, as a minimum, an undergraduate degree in a health related area ... Unfortunately and to the shame of all levels of government in Australia, psychotherapy continues to be self-regulated." which suggests that they're two very different things?
