Hi Tony,

Distinction between transported products is made with substance=* on
pipelines directly.

This can't be a substation property, since there can be lot of different
products in different pipes.

Electricity is like hydrocarbons
You find AC or DC current/voltage, different voltages for different purposes
Just like you have natural gas, kerosene and so on...

Should I clarify this on the document?
