Hello!
I've made following additions to the proposal:
* Addition of the new tag
governmental=legislature/executive/judiciary for specifying the
governmental branch.
* Reuse of the existing tag admin_level=* for indicating the
administrative level (country, state, municipal etc.).
Are there any more comments on the proposal? Otherwise i'd like to start voting.
