I found that this tower is currently mapped as a water_tower https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/740880328#map=19/-28.21438/152.86816. Well, yes, it is as it has a water tank on top, but it also supports various mobile phone & TV antennae, so what should it be? Thanks Graeme
