Could you make a banner across the top of that page that clarifies that this is just a copy of information found elsewhere, and that changing the content of Q104 will not change the wiki? I fear that people might otherwise start editing there and then the Wikibase stuff would go out of sync with the rest of the wiki (which will likely remain the "authoritative" part for quite some time).
