Shouldn't we introduce diameter:outer and diameter:inner instead? There is currently no use on taginfo, and I need to deal with outer diameter in a pending proposal. Mappers can easily measure outer diameter of pipes, while it's harder not to mention impossible to measure inner. Nominal is often written or molden directly on pipes or hydrants. That's why we need to distinguish them. All the best François
