Another one at https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2296146269 and while it is not tagged as historic in OSM there are other sites, etc. that mention it as being historic: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=historic+libby's+water+tank+sunnyvale&bext=msl&atb=v45-6&ia=web I don’t believe that it is functional but I know it is maintained as a landmark (for example the paint on it was restored maybe five years ago). And if you wander through the desert southwest of the US you can find a number of old water storage tanks in various states of functionality and repair. Typing this now, I believe the old Southern Pacific water tank for refilling steam locomotives was still standing beside the Union Pacific tracks in Gila Bend, Arizona when I last went through there a month ago.
