Wow, this leads to many questions. What is their definition of "segway and similar"? Does it include skateboards, vehicles for disabled? Do the devices have to have motors? Must they have pole? How many wheels, what size of wheel? Do you have to stand or does it include devices to sit on as well? Are there limits for the motor power (i.e. are toys for children allowed?). Does this apply to using them on the road, on the sidewalk, everywhere? Can you use them on private ground? Can a city introduce a new vehicle group, isn't this something the country has to do in national law? .... Cheers, Martin
