actually in case of selfcontradicting signage, the vertical signage has
higher priority than the horizontal signage (aka road markings), i.e.
this is a true roundabout ;-)

if you look on the second pair of signs posted at the mast, you see the back of the "give way" sign for the traffic from the other road. Thus the signs on the mast and on the ground are in sync.

The only contradiction is that there should be no blue roundabout sign, as long as that regulates priority in the local traffic law.
