Could be, but isn’t. There are only two things tagged this way and I could not really tell what they were using Bing imagery in JOSM. Mapillary doesn’t seem to have a photo of them, but the “do no evil” guys have a street view[1]. Not a palapa in the Mexican sense and it looks like it can protect you against more than just the sun as the glass walls in the center will block wind.
