Modal lane tagging.  bicycle:lanes=no|no|no|designated (left three lanes
closed to bicycles, right lane a designed bike lane).  May also be joined
with something like, motor_vehicle:lanes=yes|yes|yes|no to exclude
motorists from the far right lane...
