There was some 25 year old Japan government GIS data they imported for the
woods outlines that looks like it has about a 20-30m accuracy, and has some
wild offsets compared to the road data.

The biggest problem is that i live on the edge of the wilderness, and the
outline is a giant relation or something - and i end up breaking it sometimes.

Some mappers in some prefectures deleted them all, deeming there were no
"woods" - so the region looks really odd compared to the rest of Japan.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
