-1, these tags do not distinguish between directional spikes and those active in all directions. It also doesn't make sense to have a oneway tag on a node (nodes do not have a direction), and if the spikes are mapped as a way, this way will be orthogonal to the road so a oneway tag makes even less sense on a way like this. Access=yes is about legal access, it doesn't tell you anything about physical obstacles. You may be allowed to cross the spikes, but they will break your tires nonetheless ;-) Cheers, Martin
