completely agree. Maybe I'd tend to use the vending machine tags only in case the price is significant (i.e. similar to bottled water in a shop) and both tags (i.e. also the amenity=drinking_water) if the price is less significant, for instance I have seen around here vending machines selling water (bring your own bottle, choose between refrigerated or not) for something like 0.05 EUR / liter (not significant for European context, but still too much if you don't carry any money). In any case, if there is a fee I'd add that information. Cheers, Martin
